Today was the start of digital switchover here and at 7.45 I had a call from Emily to tell me that their digital Freeview tuner had worked perfectly. The same was true at my parents house where they had also arranged over the weekend to have someone come to fit an aerial and freeview box to their upstairs TV ..... octogenarians in action!

Did I tell you that I won a Freeview decoder and 32 inch flat screen TV last year on a radio show. It only cost me $800 to put in a satellite dish and hook up the wires! So it wasn't really a totally free prize!!
