16 05 2010 ( 365-140!)

I have to own up that today's images were shot by Debbie, they are a series of images of a male and female coal tit constantly re visiting their nest-box where they have a number of chicks who from the sound of it are not far from fledging.
One parent arrives with a beak full of locally gathered food for the chicks.

It eventually braves to audience watching and makes it to the nest.

An amazing shot below captures the adult bird leaving the nest

Excellent photographs caught on a real camera (Kodak Easyshare Z740) not a smartphone, I don't think that an iPhone or the G2 Android would have got the third shot....... brilliant shots Deb, thanks doe sharing.

  1. What a cool series of photos. It must have taken plenty of patience to capture the images.

  2. These are fantastic photos, especially the third one. Love them!

  3. Mrs H not only the singer but the best photographer also.... I will pass on the plaudits.
