At lunchtime today there was a Chinese New Year lunch celebration. These food and cultural events are held on a regular basis at the IB Cardiff and draws together colleagues from a variety of countries and cultures who cook or bring in food linked to the main theme. Above is a lucky red envelope complete with a 2 Jiao note.
