7.45 and looking ahead to Wales v France from the Millennium Stadium with a great deal of trepidation. The French side look capable of playing 80 minutes of power rugby which I am not at all confident that Wales can match....we will see.
It is a good to be able to think of such things following a trying week. I also popped down to Cardiff at lunchtime today for a Friday Pub Lunch with my IB colleagues and a chance to catch up with my missed week....hence two empty bottles of a quality red wine.......legal of course.
